Ordering via the website

Ordering via the webshop is easy. You place the desired products in your shopping cart and then go through the checkout process step by step. When completing your order, you can choose from multiple payment options.

In the exceptional case that a product cannot (any longer) be made, we will inform you of this in good time.

Ordering via the website is not mandatory. You can also always contact us by email. If you have any questions, special requests, or are looking for a modification that is not in the webshop, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you.

Delivery time

Sheepskins are handmade to attach them to your saddle and have a delivery time of 8 - 12 working days.

Returns

Do you want to return your order, for example because the product is not to your liking after all? That is possible. You have the right to register your order for return up to 14 days after receipt.
You do this by sending an email to klokschapenvachtjes@gmail.com or by contacting us via the contact form.

After your return notification by email, you then have another 14 days to return the product to us.

If you return the entire order, you will receive the full purchase amount including the paid shipping costs back. If you keep part of the order, we will only refund the amount of the returned products. Refunds will be made after we have received the items in good order.

Returns will only be accepted if the products are unused and show no signs of use. If there are signs of use, we may apply a reduction in value and deduct this amount from the amount to be refunded.

Please ensure that the return is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. The costs for returning the items are for your own account.

If you have received a product that, despite our careful inspection, is not correct, please contact us. In that case, we will resolve this for you free of charge.
